Club Q @ MaLGRAAbout UsClub Q is a service of the Manawatu Lesbian and Gay Rights Association, providing a social venue for members and their friends to relax, have a dance, play some pool and enjoy some of the cheapest bar prices in Palmy. All workers at Club Q are volunteers (except the bouncer), who give their time to ensure that you have a good night. If you would like to volunteer to work at Club Q as either a DJ or Bar staff, then visit the volunteers page. Entry to Club Q is set at $2 for members and $3 for non-members, which goes towards paying the bouncer. Once your in though, you'll notice that prices are cheaper here then almost anywhere else in Palmerston North. Average prices are only $3-$6 for beers and rtd's, and $2-$4 for non-alcoholic drinks. And for all the sober drivers and full on party animals, a glass of water will cost you nothing. Think of it as our way of ensuring you have a safe night out. |
